Good Things Come In Small Packages

I have fallen in love    with Snowboarding all over again. This time I had all my own gear, and everything functioned properly. All except for the weather at the mountain tops….

We had reasonable sunshine on the 1st day, a little bit less on the 2nd. On the 3rd we unanimously agreed to stay in as it was raining. 4th day was Blizzard with 2% visibility. 5th day and 6th day was extremely foggy with 2.1% visibility. But I still had enormous fun.

I loved Wanaka. It has a lake with snow capped mountains surrounding it. In the afternoon we’d come back from a hard day of vigorous snowboarding (includes falling forwards, backwards, sidewards etc etc) and just by looking at the views and taking a few deep breaths, relaxes your whole mind and all the aching muscles in your body.

It’s a very tranquil and serene place. It’s just absolutly beautiful.

Everyone should go there!!
