Good Things Come In Small Packages

Went for a haircut today at PRICE ATTACK…I was going cheap.

I purposely asked the lady at the counter how much. She said $35 for a wash, cut and dry.

So, I got my rinse and the hair stylist -Jasmine (beautiful name) began to cut away. After the cut she asks me "Do you wanna blow dry it?" - My reply was a quick "YES" when in my mind I was thinking…."hell yeh, it’s included!!".

Jasmine was good, better than I expected from Price Attack, and she put an ample amount of different products in my hair, which made it look great.

BUT when I went to pay, she asked for $75. $75!!!!!! I paid obligingly without a question or hesitation….and now I ask myself "WHY??!?!?!".

Hmmm…….I don’t know….probably cos I liked Jasmine, she was easy going, and very nice. She was nice to the lady at the counter - obviously new - when other (male) hair stylist gave her grief and bullied her.

Secondly, Jasmine DID do a great job….whether it was WORTH the full $75 is another matter *sigh*

EVEN THOUGH Chris and my Mother can’t really tell that I got a cut…especially a $75 one.

SO once again, when I try going cheap at the hairdressers, I end up paying more….which has happened more than twice now. They seem to break up costs, so you get confused and end up having to fork out the money, since the service has been performed.

However I will still go back…only for the $35 dollar cut tho. (FINGERS CROSSED) hehehe…
